My mantra is ‘Yoga for Holistic Health and Happiness’. It’s not just about working out, it’s about overall health and wellbeing: Body, Mind and Soul.

Where and When?

Tuesdays - 6:15 - 7:45pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga at the Post Mill Centre, South Normanton  - weekly

Wednesdays - 6:15 - 7:45pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga at Bakewell Town Hall  - weekly

What is Vinyasa Flow?

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a fluid and dynamic practice that takes the discipline of traditional Yoga and sequences the ‘Asanas’ (postures) to form a continuous flow.

Music is my passion, so all of my classes are practised to carefully curated playlists (and sometimes live music!).

Vinyasa Flow classes can be challenging - if that's what you fancy - however modifications are always offered so that classes are accessible for everyone – including complete beginners. I will teach you to work with your breath at a level that's right for you. I teach you to meet yourself where you are and let go of expectation.

My classes are meditative at the start, building to a dynamic flow sequence to build strength, flexibility and stamina.

You will leave feeling de-stressed, relaxed and energised... a perfect  way to end your day.

You can expect a very warm welcome in a relaxed atmosphere.
