Hi, my name is Liz.

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist,  Mizan practitioner, Vinyasa Flow and Womb Yoga Teacher. Promoting health and wellbeing is my passion. 

 

​I have been practising Yoga for over fifteen years. I have enjoyed every second of watching my students grow and develop along their personal Yoga journey. My ethos is ‘Yoga for holistic health and happiness’. We all come to the Yoga mat for different motivations, however it isn’t long until we realise the true benefits of Yoga – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I am proudly a qualified Nutritional Therapist specialising in women's health issues. Nutrition has always been a passion of mine, and I truly believe that our bodies have the power to heal themselves given the right combination of diet and healthy lifestyle.

​

In my previous life I had an incredibly demanding job, working 60+ hours per week. Certain life events made me re-evaluate my priorities, so I decided to follow my heart, which was the best decision I ever made. Life is still busy but filled with wonderful people, wonderful experiences and the skills and expertise to support people with their holistic health needs. I feel privileged to be in such a position.

I appreciate that not everyone can make the drastic life changes that I did, but we can all make small changes to support our health and well-being. What will your small change be? We give so much of our time and energy to others, what can we give to ourselves?
